[DUPLICATE] Dark Iron Dwarf Unlock quest bug [Stormwind] Blackrock Depths

Character name: Vaelaash
Bug description: Quest to unlock Dark iron dwarf is bugged. I have to speak to Moira Thaurissan to start a scenario in Blackrock Depths dungeon. When I talk to her and click the dialogue option to go to the scenario, I get the Blackrock Depths loading screen, immediately followed by a Stormwind loading screen. When the second one finishes laoding, I'm still in Stormwind embassy and nothing changed.
