Bug description: Windstrike (ascended form of stormstrike) does not proc windfury in cleave fights, only the main target take damage from windfury when every target in front should be damaged by windfury weapon
Windstrike=stormstrike (same interactions)

I hit one target out of 3 but all of them got damaged by both winstrike and windfury. Or i don't understand the report very well

i mean he is say when the windfury on secondary or more target not having a chance to activate the stormbringer.
