[DUPLICATE] Denatrius Blood price bug

Character name: Tarix
Bug description: The damage of Blood Price is too high and bugged. My raid did this boss with 14 people and we were split into 2 groups for Cleansing Pain, 7 people each. We did the Cleansing Pain perfectly (7 people had 5 stacks and 7 people had 4 stacks of Burden of Sin) and the damage killed me. Considering we had 7 people with 4/5 stacks damage of Blood Price should be 7*3740=26180 (7 ticks of 3740). Looking at the details death screen you can see that I was full HP and I still died. Blood Price did 7 ticks for 5.5k dmg (38.5k dmg). So the damage of this spell is too high. On the Details 2 picture we did the boss with 20 people, 10 people with same number of stacks of Burden of Sin and we took 10 ticks of 4.4k dmg(44k dmg). These damage numbers are not survivable. Also in the pictures bellow you can see that the damage of Blood Price on Heroic Difficulty is higher than the damage on Mythic difficulty.
