Outlaw energy regen is too slow

I have 30% haste total because of alacrity, I remember the energy regen being faster in legion.

Keep in mind that [Slice and Dice] no longer gives +15% energy regeneration, when it got splitted from RTB in Shadowlands, it only gives attack speed.

Yes i'm aware of that, I barely used slice and dice even in legion and I find the energy regen still slow compared to it and its been this way since bfa

There is literally no point comparing skills from one expansion to another, all formulas change. The skill definitions en Legion are not the same than the ones in BfA and not the same as the ones in SL.
