[REJECTED] [Priest] Mind Blast and Dark thought proc not working

Bug description:

1) Cast time of mind blast is not scaled with haste. Cast time is around 2.5 sec (29% haste with no buffs, cast time should be 1.2 sec)

2) During proc of Dark Thought should be Mind blast instant casted, not happening. Dark Thought is not used by mind blast, so it just clearing mind blast cooldown for whole duration of this proc.

3.1)Also while channeling mind flay/seer shoud be mind blast with dark thought proc instant casted, insted of that i visualy still chanelling and while this normaly casting mind blast.

3.2) I can shot void bolt instantly in that moment, when Mind blast should be casted. So void bolt flying to the target while mind blast casting.

Some stuff got messed up after restart, everything should be resolved after next one , if not we will put it on trello and get it resolved asap.

Dark tought working properly after this restart. Casting speed of causual mind blast still does not match, its casted slower than vampir touch or other 1.2 sec cast time spells. But thing are definetly better!

These issues are known and are caused by another issue being worked on, the respective developer is aware of this issue and it will be fixed rather soon, I am due to this closing and rejecting the report as it is not fully related to the class specifically.
