Bug description: when i get close to the npc he drop down through the ground so i can't interact with him to progress the quest

I attest confirmation for this bug as well. My hunter is stuck on this quest and can't get Hati as a pet because both Hati and the NPC drops down below the ground endlessly.

Hello, I have also tested the bug and I can confirm it, Grif Wildheart isn't targetable because he is stuck underground https://i.imgur.com/tVLzWKg.jpg I have opened a bug report on Trello, thank your for telling us about the bug.
