Character name: Tubbahbuttah
Bug description: Upon accepting and finishing the steps of the quests, but before turning in the quest, Brann Bronzebeard disappears from the location you originally pick up the quest and doesn't reappear at the quest turn in location that the game leads you to. Also both quests should possibly be able to be picked up at the same time.

Edit: Not shown in video but tried on earlier attempts was /reload and relogging.
