[REJECTED] Chars deleted, gold capped (to 10k gold) from millions

Bug description: I used to play on the server in 2019. I had 2 different accounts, however, it seems that all the items, gold and everything I've had disappeared? I remember I had millions in gold and I was one of the top players on the server (based on ilvl and raid results). Also, 4 of my other alts were deleted: Killerdudu (druid), Glutamine (hunter), my shaman and a few others... Is there any way to get them or at least something back? I never deleted any accounts, but I remember I wanted to start playing again some time ago, however, this issue happened but I did not make a thread out of it so I left the server. But I hope this time, I would get them so I could start. I've been playing since 2013 on the server so I've had a lot of limited edition stuff which I wish to keep having...

After the launch of BFA the amount of gold each character had was reduced to 10k, that should adress the gold part. Regarding the missing characters, our server doesn't delete any characters, the only thing that can happen is that you can lose the name if you don't play for a long period of time. (yours get a $ in front if people donated for it). Another thing that would explain the loss of the characters would be if you also shared the account with somebody else and they deleted them. Check if you can recover the characters from https://www.wow-freakz.com/character_list.php if you can recover any of them.

I tried to do that, however, I still can not see my missing characters. There are also no other players with my name, for example, my rogue was named "Killingspreex" which is not available in the armory either. Also, I never shared my account with anybody. Is there any other way to get access to them back? I really wanted to start playing again, especially with this 30% off on donations that is going on right now, but I would want to at least get my rogue back...

I saw this thread https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Recover-your-lost-account-t523299.html . However, it's from 2018 so I'm not sure if it'd work...

Hello,

I take that you've understood about the gold being capped at 10k part.

None of the above mentioned characters were ever deleted, they are still showing up on the armory.

Any character that was last played during Mists of Pandaria or earlier, were deleted and can not be recovered.
