Bug description: The sinister teachings legendary is suppose to lower the ability cd by 5 seconds each time you crit while having the Fallen Order monks up. But after the yesterday reset now the crit on healer spec reduce the cd only by 2.5 seconds Which is a class modification for 9.2 when is double legendary.

9.2 CLASS CHANGE
Sinister Teachings (Venthyr Runecarving Power) now reduces the cooldown of Fallen Order by 2.5 seconds when you critically strike (was 5 seconds).

9.1.5 CLASS CHANGE
Crane Adept's Enveloping Mist from Fallen Order (Venthyr Ability) no longer gains cooldown reduction from the Monk's Haste.
Crane Adepts from Fallen Order (Venthyr Ability) now cast Enveloping Mist twice when summoned.

This is a total nerf. This change was only to offer a balance for the double legendary.When you have 2 OP Leggos for the monk. Now it completely ruins the spec.
