The video is made on 16% haste. you can get to 45% haste. There is where you can increase it to 200% or even more.

The thing you just reported is basically explaining how the spell should work. And it indeed suppose to work the way you have described it.

Only bug I managed to find in relation to what you've reported is that https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=274909 (wowhead link) is allowing monk to extend hots of any monk in party. So basically the more monk you have the more chances of having HoTs on everyone for very long time.

Let me know if you find anything else. Will leave this open for few more days.

It is supposed to get up to 100% of their initial CD . And i tested and it goes way beyond that

So renewing mist should go from 20 second hot up to 40 second maxed with 5 rising sun kick. The enveloping mist from 7 to 14 second max and essence font from 8 to 16 sec hots. Now if you have continously rising sun kicks you can extend more than 100%

If you mean your short video, then you haven't reached 40 sec maximum potential renewing mist duration.

Explanation:
Renewing mist has 20 sec original duration. 20sec + 100% = 40sec.

Here is an enveloping mist for 23 seconds when it should have stopped after 14. I don't have enough haste to test this. And the video above got it to 50 seconds. Not 40 as it should https://youtube.com/watch?v=vgootlNAUL8:

You can just count now many times it extended the duration (8 times x 4 sec = 32 sec) 12 sec more than it should be
