Does wow freakz got all expansions ready to play ?? Is there any private server with all expansions ??

Freakz not, I don't know a single server like that besides retail

Well, it has the content but not everything works. Only Shadowlands and BfA expansions work.

Before the migration to BfA it had a working Legion but that was replaced with some less complete version. The Legion version had some working Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor was working just enough to level so you could get to Legion.

Ye, that got to do with migrating off scripts / other core
