[Kyrian] Soulbind - Effusive Anima Accelerator

Bug description: Effusive anima accelerator(the last soulbind power on Kyrian Mikanikos) doesnt reduce the cd of Spear of Bastion(https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=307865 (wowhead link)). Whether its due to terrain, the spear doesnt recognize hitting adds and doesnt reduce the cd at all. It works sometimes, like if u log out and log again the 1st spear works for me, but afterwards every other spear then afterwards doesnt reduce the cd anymore. In open world or dummies it works, tho sometimes it happens if u press jump that somehow the adds or the character or the spell look like elevated and cant be touched by the spear. Test it inside a dungeon or a raid a few times.
Proof: i'll post a small recording if neccesary, wanted to get the report posted faster. Meanwhile i have some ss's.

Edit : Idk if it doesnt work for other classes as it has different effects for every other class.
