Descrierea bugului / Bug description: De exemplu joc pe shaman enha si am 5 maelstrom weapon si vreau sa dau greating healing wave (7k mana), daca eu am sub 7k mana nu ma lasa sa castez chiar daca spell costul e redus cu 100%.

same with https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=16164 (wowhead link) imi reduce costul cu 40% dar cum a zis colegu, spellul costa 7k mana si daca am 6k nu-l casteaza, chiar daca am bufful pe mn

Nu, asta e o problema din strafundurile scripturilor. Asta pentru ca la absolut toate spellurile care beneficiaza de mana reduce apare problema asta. E veche de cand au fost introduse "clearcasting" improvements. Si la brain freeze de la mage e asa cand ai clearcasting(era si pe wotlk), si la druid... la toate ! Toate care au la baza mana cost reduce.

Poate aici a mers, dar sunt shaman enha, si am patit-o de n ori sa am 4 k mana mana sau mai putin si sa nu pot da heal si chiar in situatii importante, cu 20 k hp, 5 maelstorm si fara sa pot da heal. AR trebui reparat.
