there are no quests associated with this faction, but killing level 100 mobs in The Pit in Gorgrond, as well as the wildlife in the Everbloom Wilds, rewards reputation.

Can confirm this is still the case. Trash mobs that should give Laughing Skull rep, don't. The only way to get rep for the faction is to either purchase from AH, or farm Medallion of the Legion. Each one will give you 1,000 rep with each WoD faction. But with the medallions selling for around 5k each, and a drop rate of around 10%, neither option is very practical.

Hopefully, this will be addressed. But with the focus being on getting Legion content working, don't hold your breath.

Of course, adding the rep reward as purchasable with vote points could be another quick solution.
