wrong weapon from broken shore weapon scenario

Bug description: I have a hunter named Coolchick spec beast mastery and markmanship. I made all the weapon scenario from Dalaran to Broken shore and on to get the weapon. What I got is a bow named Talonclaw that requires Survival spec. Did I make some mistake?
