i start the launcher_freakz.exe but ingame still have a problem.

i downloadad the full game i have this problem.

Install/Update C++ Redistributables and .NET Framework
https://aka.ms/vs/16/release/vc_redist.x64.exe
https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet-framework
After that, restart your PC and see if it works.
