Does not matter if you hear a rumor or not, there is one simple rule, nobody knows jack shit so if anyone of your "friends" tells you something hes lieing because if it is true then it is announced and visible on the front page.

We will start testing artifacts sometimes next week (not the scenarios/quest chain, but the artifacts themselves)

One thing regarding artifacts, when you release them to ptr you might want to either:

a) Give us some artifact power right from the start

or

b) Give us alot of artifact knowledge to gain ap fast

Also, since world quests aren't available yet (as far as I know) giving us artifact power might be good since grinding ap from mobs is pretty unefficient

thats is not what i meant or wrote.

what i was writing about was the "rule" that a rumor about something that allegedly should be released the next day is bullshit, especially if its a rumor "uh oh tomorrow bla bla" any major things are announced on the frontpage prior to them happening.

Well you can farm artifact power in arenas easily
