Battle Pet System

Hello,
My son and I were wondering how the battle pet system is working here? We play WoW, but love to collect pets.
Thank you for any insight you can give.

mkay, so I did a little playing and found that the (I may be wrong) system isn't working due to not being able to cage animals. No rush because I will be back when it's ready, but is this being addressed or is it way down the priority list? Thank you Devs and anyone else that may have an answer. /Salute

Pet Battles work. But I did notice that when I caged a pet (only certain ones can be caged I guess), it is forever stuck in its "Pet Cage" and can't be summoned or used further.

This is known to happen only with the auction house sometimes.

If it helps, all I recall of my incident was I caged it and sent it to an alt. (this was a vote-point pet Crawling Claw , to be exact) Couldn't open it on there, sent back to main. Still can't open. Perhaps something to do with mailing?

There was such an issue long time ago but it was fixed (fix is not retroactive, if you have bugged "pet cage" you can delete it)
