[COMPLETED] Poor Unfortunate Souls - Missing pet reward

Details: I was among the first players on the realm to complete the [Poor Unforunate Souls] (ID: 10412) achievement (in May 2020), but I didn't get the pet reward (Lagan) that is supposed to be added to the mailbox once the achievement is completed. I figured it would perhaps be added and that it was a bug, but lately I'm seeing people completing it and having the pet, so I'm thinking that either it was a one time thing or it was fixed afterwards. I did check the mailbox a million times after completing the achievement because I've played every day for over a year, and the item was definitely not sent to my character's mailbox.

Any help is appreciated.
