[DUPLICATE] Brewmaster Monk NPC Target Expel Harm bug

Bug description: So First I thought that the Expel Harm is bugged due to line of Sight Problems...but now I tested it and you cant use Expel Harm on still standing targets unless you stand exactly at the point where they stand and also u cant use Expel Harm if u target a Groupmember until you clear the target and then u are able to use it.

Proof:

I tested it in classhall with tos 2p brew proc and targetted several NPC's some of them were moving and it worked and others stood still and it didnt work
