CONFIRM AND HOTFIX THIS SH.T ALREADY its critical bug and you are ignoring it...it stacks in pve and pvp too !! in pve you can stack it to 5 million ticks, in arena 400k ticks which is ridiculous cuz now every illiterate moron is taking adventage of it ...

Yes damage is bugged but proc chance extremely low,thats also bugged

SIX ticks of ashamane bite

That is actually nerf in pvp,keep in mind that Ashamane Frenzy is also combo generator but it never procs ashamane's rip

Confirmed. The proc chance its insanely low. I barely get 2-3 procs in a boss fight.

For anyone asking, this is Positively bugged in PvE,

The skill itself Have a normal Proc Rate in PvE (not sure if its been reduced to it insane damage for PvP)

As you can see from this picture, This was Myself as a Feral vs Mythic Argus last Friday, As I was dead for a about 30 seconds Due to some Jihad Demon hunter (not naming names) It was slightly lower that what it could have been

From this picture (A High Retail Mythic kill on Argus) you can see he has slightly higher procs than I do, Mostly because he was alive more, but you can see a CLEAR difference in damage, My procs averaged at 1.98m His was a mere 441.2k, a 1/4 of what it was on retail. He also had Savage Roar which I did not which if I had, my numbers would have been higher.

That being said now my class is Viable so do what you will with this information.
