[DUPLICATE] Global Cooldown

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Global Cooldown seems to be exaggerated. Sometimes it takes like 3 presses/clicks on an instant cast spell in order to cast it, most of the spells are bugged in that way. It takes me like 5-6 seconds to cast 2 instants for an example, when it should be about 3. That's a major bug as it effects my gameplay especially in PvP. I'm speaking as a mage, but others seem to experience that too. I wonder how nobody reported this yet or it hasn't been seen. May be it has, but I haven't seen any topics.

I feel it's biger then before too. I even made a ticked a few days ago but I don't think it got to any GMs (dk if cuz of the not good working ticket system of whatever)
But my argument is that: before the update I was able to cast a Lava Burst and start casting Chain Lightning right after the Lava has been cast. After the update with the same gear/haste I was casting Lava and had to wait for the GCD to end in order to start cast Chain Lightning (have in mind that the Lava cast was below 1.5sec cast time) . I don't know if it's suppost to be affected by your haste rate or whatever but I can swear the GCD is longer then before.

I confirm this, especially when you are moving and trying to cast a instant spell like Hot streak @Pyroblast

the spell queue system is not working. it shuld put the spell in a "queue" system so it react faster between gcd.

True story. Frost pvp is kinda retarded atm, especially arenas. Balance druid use to have this problem with moonfire, yet I never cared because balance in arenas is dumb . It's like it goes through 2 GCD's before using the spell
