[DUPLICATE] [Item] Runes of the Darkening it does not work

Character name: Zeithrom
Bug description: When learning the item I saw the animation and it disappeared from my bags, I did not get the appearance, neither in the Appearances tab, nor in Acherus when reviewing the artifact weapon. I learned it in the frost specialization and with the artifact equipped.

can confirm, tried both in prot warrior and quardian druid. animation plays but appearance doesn't get unlocked.
i tried a few diffrent things but nothing worked:
1. use the item as soon as i got it
2. relogged after getting the item then used it
3. equipped the artifact first then used the item
4. equipped the artifact relogged then used the item
5. changed the artifact appearance to a different one then used the item
6. changed to a different spec then back to the spec required for the appearance
7. equipped the artifact, changed the appearance, unequipped it, changed spec and back to the required spec so that the artifact gets equipped automatically then used the item
8. used the item in a different spec

couldn't think of any possible ways to get the appearance, so i'm quite sure it's a bug.
