[DUPLICATE] [Monk] Stuck on class hall campaign

Bug description: I have initially completed this quest after it was fixed and followed up on the next quest in the scouting map http://www.wowhead.com/quest=41905/report-from-tian-monastery. After the quest was completed I noticed [Tech it up a notch] was in my quest log again. I have tried pretty much everything, abandoning the quest, relogging or the macros in the following the thread https://forum.wow-freakz.com/Monk-I-completed-the-first-part-of-the-campaign-but-didn-t-unlock-relic-t477861.html , but nothing worked since I am stuck earlier in the questline.

Something happened after yesterday. We are many monks in the same situation as you, stuck with the quest ''Tech it up a Notch'' which we have already completed it and we got the https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=41905&name=report-from-tian-monastery quest which got stuck at 0/1 and we weren't able to get it again after abandoning it. I have talked with many friends and all of them created tickets ingame but they didn't got any help other than ''we will fix this, thank you'', if the quest has problems, at least, the GM's that see the tickets should try to help them with completing their quest or even giving them the next one.

The same happened to me, in my case I managed to complete http://www.wowhead.com/quest=41905/report-from-tian-monastery after that there were no other quests for me to take. I relogged and I saw that the NPC on which I finished the last quest (Tian Monastery) is asking me if I want to complete http://www.wowhead.com/quest=42191/tech-it-up-a-notch even though that was is not even in my quest log anymore.

Im still in tech it up just i abandoned it and now i got it again from nowhere unable to complete it.
