[DUPLICATE] Spell Buffering/Queuing

Bug description: Spells are being queued even after setting spell queueing/custom lag tolerance to off.


First, i was going to post this on the hunter thread since i noticed it on mine. But i saw the same issue again on my ele shaman so i decided to post here.

Basically, Whenever you mash a spell or controlled mash (mashing right when GCD is about to finish) sometimes even after the spell comes out you still get another cast of it queued and will be cast as soon as there is a gap in your normal casting. It's hard to prove but i will try to explain in detail.

After carefully watching the video on slowest speed when the issue happens (at 0:16s) you can clearly see the hunter trying to cast Aimed shot but failing to do so. If you look closely right after the Aimed shot was fired at 0:15 there is a Buffered/Queued arcane shot (small orb, it did 327k crit damage) that gets fired immediately afterwards without the GCD indicator for the other spells going off. (also notice the hunter's animation of trying to start a cast repeatedly until the "invisible" GCD finishes)

The issue is more observable on my elemental shaman, where I tend to controlled-mash Flame Shock to reapply it. the icon for Flameshocked gets highlighted in Yellow border indicating its buffered/queued to cast and it randomly gets cast while i'm casting other spells. A more clear example is Stormbringer which is a 60s CD being buffered and waiting to cast for the whole minute its on cooldown as seen in this screenshot https://imgur.com/ZmKWAhp.

I also noticed that moving even for 1 unit cancels all prior Buffered/Queued spells. This issue is more easily observed using Mik's Scrolling Battle text addon as it shows damage instances mostly one by one.


So in conclusion, the main issue seems to be:
- Spells are being buffered/queued even when queuing is turned off.
- When the queued spells get cast, it doesn't trigger the visual global cooldown indicator for all other spells.


Other classes might have this issue too, but i cant say for sure since i only tested on these two, if anyone wants to chime in then be my guest.


Some other info:
- all testing is with Freakz's SpellQueue off, i also used both the new blizzard command to disable it (https://us.battle.net/forums/en/wow/topic/20753736043) and the old cVar (using AdvancedInterface addon)
- My latency is around 100-110.

I did more testing to confirm my suspicion, i watched Mik's Scrolling Battle Text whenever it happened and there was always a duplicate spell or a queued one being cast.

i can confidently say that this bug is caused 100% by spell queueing.


Any developer input would be great.

This can also happen with the "Flurry" Brain Freeze. Sometimes you get instant flurry cast, but due to the Spell queueing you'll CAST Flurry with the Brain Freeze one (You won't consume the brain freeze proc, but flurry has a cast time).


I may aswell confirm this, there's something fishy around it. Also running at 60 ms.
