[DUPLICATE] ToS BoE items - ilvl of items is not scaling with raid difficulty and its stuck at 890ilvl

Bug description: As you raid ToS on certain difficulty the trash loot also upgrades its ilvl, normal drops 890, heroic 915 and mythic 930, the items also could get warforged/titanforged upgrades. Skin of the items was also changing with ilvl to fit the T20 sets visually.
