Bug description: executioner's precision should be applied on as many targets ur execute cleaves for when u are talented into sweeping strikes https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=202161&&&&name=sweeping-strikes.This is quite a big hit for arms since most of our dmg comes from executes and mortal strikes cleave.

Edit : my friend,i didnt knew it was posted but it matters less.As far as i can see this was posted half a year ago,in december 2018.It seems only right to repost for it,i didnt ask for some random patch notes buffs,nor hotfixes nor anything.I redid the post to only make the class work as intended.Same goes for warbreaker with iftk buff,half a year aswell.
