[DUPLICATE] trinket combo strand of the stars / chrono shard

Bug description:the trinket ability says your (spells and abilities) have a chance to proc the trinket's effects, ever since i got the 2 set the effect happens randomly instead of when i use a spell or ability. For ex i might mount and it procs or it just procs every so often but without any action taken.
Proof: Sorry it happens so randomly that was hard to take a screen shot when it happens and what i did for it to proc. i hope this doesn't lower the chance when it suppose to proc.
