I tested it in duels in Durotar with range set , range is fine , radius seems to be okay. It's a Cone from you , if it should work similarly to the Frostscythe report please find proof of it working that way .

I think is a thing as monk's fists. On retail when I grip and blind I don't have to move the character to blind 2 targets at once, here the cone radius is just too low. I gave you the perfect video there, I can't log atm on retail to show you how grip blind is working since I don't have sub anymore.

With monk Fists of Fury the radius was non existent. It was literally only hitting things right in front of you. It got fixed so it could hit things within animation cone radius and nothing beyond.
