Bug description: Control Undead isn't working on elite mobs in dungeons, neither on open world. This spell provides a lot of usefulness in mythic +. Also enslave demon from warlock isn't working either

Since that is 7.3.5 footage and isn't exactly a valid source of proof , i decided to find some past discussions about this . I say discussions and not videos because i litteraly couldn't find a single black rook hold blood dk PoV from before 7.2.0 . https://www.mmo-champion.com/threads/2060943-Black-Rook-Hold-Control-Undead . This here is a topic from the 2nd of September , 2016 , which is 7.0.3 i belive . Quote : ''Which is the best undead to slave over?'' . The point of that topic is to debate the best mob to enslave . I'd say this should be sufficient proof but i'll bring more if need be .

After reading up on the articles that were mentioned and finding a couple other ones it all points towards it should be usable i see several people saying which ones they use it on and which ones are worth it on 6 feb 2017 which was 7.1.5 and after testing it myself in different ways it just gives me "You cant use that here" and doesnt allow you to use it anywhere or in any mob so im going to say confirmed.
