I personally tried on Dark Shaman Froststorm Bolt and it doesn't work (also note that for frost dks this gets affected by mastery). The others are a bit harder to test (intrerupted).

Not only in soo.. dark simulacrum doesnt work at all on bosses... it should copy some spells....

These are all I could research since I don't play on official. There are probably other healing spells that can be healed but are left out of the discussion since you should never allow those casts, so I don't know about them.
