I've done those 3 commands and only appeared one achievement able to complete. The other hidden artifact colour I already knew in advance I had them. I've asked other people and they cannot change the colour too

I can confirm I have the same issue on all of my characters, donated appearances cannot be changed since last night. (Priest,Druid etc.)

This bug has occured again.It had been fixed earlier.I have the macro to track down the requirements to unlock the different hues of the hidden skin weapon and when i choose a different color,it has no effect whatsoever.The skin appears to stay default.It happened earlier today after a restart and was working fine before.
