Check it, all of those trinkets drop Blood Spirits when disenchanted.

DE from tier 14 gear & weapons normal/heroic (exception LFR items), 100% drop 1 Blood Spirit ... as far as I know we do not have a special/specified id for that type of disenchant...
note: sha crystal will also drop, along with it

Anyone knows EXACTLY what kind of items should drop Blood Spirit? AlesianDuke says only T14 and weapons but wowhead shows items 489-503. Is this the situation? 489-503 items? Anyone got more info?

Nu o sa mearga cu db fix, e controlat prin wow files disenchantu la ala, de fapt, cred ca toate disenchants sunt asa din mop.

I don't need full list of item ids, I need a general "formula": what KIND of items drop it?

The items from MSV, HOF si ToES. The items from the tokens and the items from the trash. De la 489, cum ar fii trashu din MSV. Astea ar trebui sa fie daca nu gresesc.

4th comment, 42 upvotes. Apparently any raid related item (from MoP obviously, and of course only the current patch stuff, so not Throne of Thunder or Siege).

BUT! Raid Finder stuff will NOT give it...

Fixed, all msv/toes/hof items in level range 489-503 will now give 1 blood spirit @ disenchant, this should be ok. Heroic 509 items don't show up in wowhead disenchant list, not sure if those should drop blood spirit or not, currently they won't
