Bug description: The NPC should teach you pandaria recipe's that can easily take you to 600, however, she teaches the regular cooking recipe's.

confirmed, also having the same issue and have been trying everything in the book to get her to work to no avail

Is this just a completionist thing? Because you can start cooking Legion stuff at Cooking level 1 without having to get those old skill points.
