[FIXED] [Demon Hunter][Havoc] Eye beam removes slow from the caster (dh)

Bug description: casting eyebeam removes any slow from yourself.
Meaning say you are a Demon hunter and you have DK chains of ice slow on yourself.
If you cast eyebeam you remove the slow on yourself.

It shouldn't be like that.

At 10:28 Eye beam gets interrupted if you pay attention.
Maybe provide another video witch Eye beam doesn't get chaos locked (interrupted)

If eye beam had a mechanic to remove slow , should remove it only from pressing eye beam not finishing the cast , on our server eye beam removes the slow only from pressing the spell anyway so this proof is enough .

Also nothing about that on the spell effecs

why would you try to defend positive bugs about your class? It's obvious that is bugged, if any mechanic would involve eye beam removing snares/slows it would just specify that in the tooltip/specific talent.
