Acum testez lava burst si procu de la echo of elements.
Se pare ca este bug si la lava burst, si la echo.
Pt echo.. uide de ex poza lui sydef.
primu dmg de 91k e de la lava burst normala
al doilea dmg de ~71k e de la masteryul de la ele care da 75% din dmg
al treilea dmg de ~146k e de la echo of elements

Acum sper sa nu ma insel dar dmgu ala trebuia sa fie aprox ca si primu .. ala de 91k pt ca echo copiaza exact spellu
Diferenta de ~55k e bugu ... si acum incerc sa vad de unde vine.

O sa revin cu un bug report in english pt lava burst si echo.

You may be wrong my friend, watch at the photo again, he may cast that first lava (93k) then if you see that flameshock proc (lava surge=free lava burst) and that lava (73k is from mastery) but the last one (140k) it can be from a free lava burst (instant) from Lava surge proc (flame shock).

It's true that shaman elemental is a bit to strong for this patch, but let's don't destroy all classes with not a real and correct proof (i mean a video, because at shammy ele it's about the proc, mastery/echo so you need a video to see the all animations, and only then you can say that somethings goes wrong)
I'm not trying to "save" this class because the one who play on Huliganul is from my guild, I'm actually hate shammy elemental very much, because of their burst, cc and mobility, but most, for their incredible burst dmg, but let's make a correct report.

Usually I'm doing the spell tests right. LIke searching for every information i can get on the spell + spell formulas and how it interacts with pasives for the class.And testing it 100+ times to see what happens.

First hit 5385
Second hit 4038 (exactly 75% so it's the mastery proc)
Third hit 8076 (which I assume is the Echo of Elements proc. Also notice how it hits exactly 2 times as much as the mastery proc)

Same situation as above. Third hit always seems to be 2 times the mastery proc.

You are right Dreadblade.. every time echo procs of Lava Burst , it has an increase dmg ... but it has nothing to do with mastery procentage..
Doing tests like a boss in Durotar and I cracked it

Echo of elements from Lava is doing 50% more damage than the initial Lava burst because it takes another time into consideration that part of the Lava burst spell
"If your Flame Shock is on the target, Lava Burst will deal 50% additional damage."
and I'm 99.99% sure it shouldn't..
This is the only possible explanation to me ..

Also can you take a look at lava burst crits without flame shock on the target?
cause for me sometimes ~20% of the time.. they are doing 250% crit damage (this is the corect formula) and ~80% of the time they are doing 300% crit dmg ... and I don't think that's right.
Again.. I didn't use flame shock on the target.
And they if you use it .. you will notice variable damage - sometimes 50% increase for that 250% crit and more often 50% increase for that 300% crit.

Atleast i've bring some proof at warrior's report, you just come with a photo where you lost an arena match, do you think that someone give a pound about your arena? You don't see it? Tested and Dreadblade is right, the proc from "Echo of the elements" it's always the double damage from mastery proc.
But in my test always the echo of the elements procs only when mastery proc, and I don't think that from 20 lava burst he procs only when mastery proc, maybe something is wrong there, from echo of the elements and mastery proc in the same time. Maybe when mastery proc hit, echo is take that damage as the duplication and in the same time mastery is activating again but from the first lava burst. The problem is the order that they actually proc, When lava burst proc, mastery proc and take 75% of his initial damage, after this if echo of the elements proc from mastery and then mastery proc again because it's take that proc from echo like a real lava burst, that's why echo of elements proc for 2 time of the mastery initial proc, OR it's just the double proc from echo when mastery proc. These spells are confusing..
Only Shockeru can check this (formula&spell data base).

Fixed the main issue: due to Lava Burst always being a critical strike, it's damage was doubled in case of Lava Burst => Elemental Overload proc => Echo of the Elements proc
Should be ok now, please retest starting from tomorrow if there are any other abnormalities
