[FIXED] [Paladin][Protection] Consecration + logout

WoW Freakz spell link: database offline
Bug description: Using consecration and logging out lets you retain every buff the spell gives , such as increased effect from SoTR , the legendary ring proc , the heal % increase etc . It does however stop working if you cast consecration again , so it's nothing major but still a bug nontheless .

I can confirm ,didnt think it was worth posting since u lose the buff after casting consecration

Tested and confirmed, the buffs are still shown after relog.
Could be a visual bug, gonna test if the 4% dmg reduce actually works.
