Bug description: Mind Flay doesn't deal increased damage if your target is affected by Devouring Plague.

Practic atunci cand ai debuff-ul de DP up ar trebuii ca mind flay sa fie inlocuit cu mind flay (insanity) care are deja dmg increase , la noi acel debuff de devouring plague functioneaza ca un dmg increase pentru mind flay ceea ce este gresit. Din cauza acestui bug se pierde 1-2 tick-uri de insanity ceea ce insemna forate mult damage pierdut.

Taken from wowhead: for Shadow Priest, Solace and Insanity causes Devouring Plague to trigger Mind Flay: Insanity on the target by 6 sec, increases damage of Mind Flay by 33% for each Shadow Orbs (3 max) consumed.

Currently it does 100/200/300% for 1/2/3 orbs consumed instead of 133/167/200% damage.

Edit: I assumed here it is a 1/3 damage increase per orb, not a flat 33% one. Can anyone confirm this is the case? Couldn't find a source.
