I hate to join post just to comment like this (sorry shocker) but why people like you cannot understand that fixing something isn't same as nerfing. You got used to bugged class. Freakz is probably the only server where elemental shaman/any healer is most played & one of strongest comps ever just because elemental can outdps anyone while providing insane peels and has passive damage reduction. So they are not being destroyed, they are just going back to how they should be.

great fix : 13 secunds of lava beam < 13 seconds of chain lightning .....lava beam is supposed to hit harder ...seems legit

If you feel that Lava Beam's damage is lower than it should, make a proper bug report with formulas and screenshots, just don't bit*h around.

not really but could you make a test like this ;
disable mastery, don't use echo . and spam lava beam on 5 targets for 3 minutes and chain lightning .....for me lavabeam hists lower than chain lightning https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=114074&&name=lava-beam should get an 10% percent dmg increase per jump , this should also be applied to echo /mastery lava beam.
