Yes, in mop in rdf u can use the need button only for items u can use ( as a MONK u can need at leather items/neck/back/rings/trinkets)

You can choose need only for the spec you play

We can't really understand anything from the prints because your wow is in another language, but some guy from our guild encountered the bug as well, so i can confirm it.
