A: Depends on the car and the road. Best case: till I make the tires flat as glass, worst case: 5 minutes and something get broken ( we both know how the roads in Bulgaria (and probably Romania) are )

A: No, because I'd choose only wise people, and city (maybe even world) without the stupid ones would be simply boring.
