Guild transfer questions, server information :)

Hello!

We are a group of players who would like to transfer our old guild to WoW Freakz. We have already started collecting screenshots and the required information for this task, but there are several questions we would like answered before we actually submit our transfer application.

What raids work except for those listed on the server info page? Does lower-tier raids (Firelands, Blackwing Descend, Throne of the Four Winds) work here?
To what extent is the "spawned" information correct? Do all Dragon Soul bosses work, even those who have a 0 next to their spawned status?
Do we need a screenshot of the roster of the former guild (or any other proof that we were in fact all members of the same guild on the previous server)?
In order to transfer two characters, do we need to provide screenshots for both of these characters per player?
As for the special reward of choice, what are the limits/examples? What is allowed and what is not (titles, heroic end-game items, mounts, crafting materials...?)
Is there any existing realm capacity (for the cataclysm realm) that limits the amount of in-game players resulting in waiting queues?
Do all members need to create accounts (or more specifically the characters they wish) beforehand?
What is the number of screenshots (proof material) that we need to post per player/character?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

All bosses from Dragon Soul work. BoT and To4W do not work. Bosses from Bwd do work(except magmaw and nefarian) but they're kinda buggy.
There's no waitin queue, u can log in anytime you want instantly.

About the transfer i don't have very much info, u should wait for a member of the staff to answer your questions

Oh right, i forgot abou that

There's only one boss scripted, Majordomo something

It doesn't really matter that much since the server is soon upgrading to MoP. We're actually expecting a public test realm these weeks

Well devs are now focused on MOP and it seems really promissing since the focus will be opening of the majority of dungeons aswell as all the raids but progressivly, like starting from t14 and finishing with t16 which I belive will be awesome!

If your "Raid of choice" is Firelands or BoT, then this server isn't for you. Firelands never had more than one boss working here, but BoT did have 3/5, but that was more than a year and a half ago (or is it 2 years now?), back on 4.0.6 patch that was on Freakz. Dragon Soul is scripted quite nice up to ~5/8 bosses that I've killed on Heroic, minor bugs here and there. I can't say about the rest because I stopped playing before I killed them, but all I know is that they ARE released.

Dragon soul is scripted very well 8/8hc working with minor bugs here and there, warmaster is abit of annoying with the visual bugs but its OKish

WoW raiding it's not just about Dragon Soul or Firelands. On M.o.P. will be other instances open that are great, too.
Every expansion has some advantages and I can say that M.o.P. will be even more succesful than Cataclysm, because all the things will develop gradually.
There's no need to worry about not being interested in the new raids, because you will be actually. Every new thing brings another opportunity and you will be happy with it.
Do not be upset about the expansion upgrade, there's no reason.
More than that, you still have time to organise raids in Cataclysm instances and you also have an advantage: there is an increase buff which offers you a lot of help.
