Can't something be done with the horde camping in Goldshire? They are there day and night, killing quest npcs and Hallow's End vendors, which makes the whole event impossible/unplayable. Should we all just switch to horde?

Hello. There is nothing that can be done about that. You can either go there at a time when the players online are less, or as you said, switch to the other faction. It is just a part of the game, which is completely legal.
