Bug description: Double [Aspect of the Iron Hawk] in multiple specs.

This double icon goes away but only when I switch specs. If I relog again, it comes back.

Confirmed, you get two Aspects of the Iron Hawk.
Select the talent and go through a loading screen and there you have it, two Aspects.
