[Hunter][Survival] Caltrops, Tar Trap, Ranger's Net (Sephuz's Secret)

Bug description: (Caltrops and Tar Trap) both does not trigger the Sephuz's Secret, in main while everyone is speaking about these two procs the Sephuz's Secret.
also Ranger's Net should proc Sephuz's Secret on Bosses ( Immune Targets )
one more thing about Sephuz's Secret, is that we cant track its cooldown since it doesn't show us any timer on it, so it super hard to know when to stack proc-ing the ring and when not to on the basic interface of the game.

here also more people saying that Tar Trap also procs the Sephuz's secret, and if it works on Tar Trap, it should work aswell on Caltrops, because they apply the same loss effect, which is slowing the target

i would like to add that sephuz is procing in arena { pvp } from all sort of kicks , just for like 2 s but thats enough sometimes to get faster cast on full moon or chaos bolt or w/e

legos should NEVER proc in pvp

This was hotfixed.

Confirmed Caltrops and Tar Traps dont proc Sephuz secret. As for Ranger's net vs Immune, Sephuz's secret shouldnt proc on immune targets in the first place.
