Is Multi-Boxing allowed?

Hello, i was just wondering if Multi-Boxing is allowed? since on retail and most private servers it is since it seems to be balanced well enough. my only concern is that it requires at least two account to do and i have seen people on the Ban List be banned for multiple accounts but i do not know if it was on the forum or in game. thanks

i guess if hacking is allowed , so is multiboxing

well not "allowed", but rarely see any bans caused by hacking

As long as you do not enter battlegrounds or arenas when multi-boxing

i seen wsg in wich there were 5-7 chars with the same name and obvious multibox , same with arena and never saw them banned , so im pretty sure anything is allowed

There are no restrictions regarding multiboxing.

Btw, I wonder what happened to that russian multiboxer which multiboxed 10 shamans on bg's :S
