Item Name & ID: Shan'ze Ritual Stone - 94221

Details: (optional) I had 2 Shan'ze Ritual Stones in my bag and just receive the third one from the Sunreaver Bounty chest just now. When I check it, I realized that I should have 3 Shan'ze Ritual Stone by now but I only have 1. Where is my other 2? Please help.
