| It's very hard to find the proof sincee retail doesn't use this patch anymore. But at least you can make what's written on the tooltips happens what it should do. |

| Dude, it's already scaled with MoP formula. Besides, you are still 25. It doesn't guarantee that you will deal "high" damage on 90. |

| Yes, on the retail you can make fire, fishing, survey, mining, gather herbs, hearthstone, cast mounts on zen flight. But you can't attack or use skill or fly in high speed on silvermoon city. |
