WoW Freakz spell link: Mangle, Thrash, Lacerate
Bug description: Mangle proc should occur not only from the application of Thrash/Lacerate but from their DOT too. Now you can only get procs for mangle from the direct damage.
Proof:

I couldnt find written proof from blizzard, but as its tooltip says, every dot tick has 25% chance to refresh mangle's cd. I apologize if i wasnt allowed to post here.

It's very hard to find the proof sincee retail doesn't use this patch anymore. But at least you can make what's written on the tooltips happens what it should do.

It doesn't reset on each tick, only the first application:

If it would have been a 25% chance to reset on each tick that would mean any time you apply Thrash on 4 or more mobs, you'd have a guaranteed proc on each tick (and the application).

Faerie Fire also has a 25% chance to proc on application. This seems already implemented here.

Blizzard just chose poor wording in the tooltip.
