Bug description: Ferocious Bite deals way too much damage at low level. I crit an elite mob for almost 17000 at level 18. Rip seems to deal very high damage too, more than 300 each tick with only one combo point.

You will play this on 90 not 25. So it must be scaled on 90.

It scales wrong with low levels. When you'll reach lvl 90 you'll see that without 520+ ilvl it does almost no damage.

Most likely happens due to its high base damage.
